Welcome to Age of Arthur!! Set in the time of the Dark Ages, this mod hopes to encompass the right balance of historical fact and light fantasy. Journey 150 years before the events of Brytenwalda, a time when Saxon hordes have recently arrived in England. See a world lost in Transition, moving from the time of Rome to a new world ruled by war and chaos.

Description

Thank you all for your support and encouragement over the past year, it took a lot of hours and hard work, but I'm happy to finally say 1.0 is here!

Thank you. I'll probable put out a few more versions of this one, then start a M&B mod inspired by Sid's Civilization.... so yeah going to need lots of luck with that one :)

Not to age myself to much here lol, but I got hooked on the Civ II growing up. Always though it would be cool to see a M&B mod that let you play from the stone age to industrial, and I think I know a way to make it work. :)

if possible could you add a way to recruit freelancers and manage theire equipment for a unified look, maybe use the one in" A new Dawn" with "sir allister"since it works fairly well and is simple?

huh, so you unzipped it in your M&B mod folder, and when you open the folder does it have a second folder, or go right to the common mod files? Only thing I can think of is when you unzipped you might have created a duplicate folder so the mod folder is inside another folder? this is the only reason I can think of for it not showing up in the launcher. All else fails try deleting and re-downloading, might be a corrupt download.

I played the three version, in the 0.98 i have the name of all the lord, but in the 1.0 version, all the lord have no name like towns and forts (King Arthur is nammed King 1 or something like that) and mosts of quests are bugged, like Dorca's quest, saving someone, the fort disappear i don't know why (with the patch)... Help me? Thanks

Are you trying to use a .98 save gamed with 1.0? The two arn't compatible.

I completed the quest when you have to save the old captain's brother, but when I go back to him it restarts the quest. I have to complete it to travel to different ports.

Does anyone else encounter more slowdowns during battles than other mods? I play Viking Conquest with 300 Battle Size and high graphics with no issues, but here I can barely get away with 200 battle size on medium graphics. The problem seems to get worse when there's a good amount of cavalry on the field.
