So the only two glitches I found were that the player holds the shuriken upside down and that every time I enter Kochi it is underwater. I don't know if this happens in other towns but that is the only place where that has happens to me.

No problem man glad I could be some help but please keep note that I don't know if the water glitch only effects kochi, I would go and check every town but I don't really have time at the moment.

I checked every town on the map. Kochi is the only one with that bug. Thank you for the report.

I came across a bug where a Takeda armour chest piece was just plain white no detail just a outlining cover my characters torso.

I've already played 35+ hours of the beta for 3.0, but I am so excited for everyone else to try it! It's so much better than 2.0 (not that 2.0 was bad) and relatively bug free. I'll keep looking for bugs, and try to use ALL the new features. Thanks Aruda for all the hard work, and sorry that I couldn't be more helpful.

35 hours and you found that mod bug free? Hmm are you new in Warband or are you sure did you tested exactly this mod ? There is more bugs than raisings/sultanas in my cake.
disapearing inventory , recruiter , dialogues , wound system and more more more and... few more

Thanks for the late reply and compliments. Yes, I said 'relatively' bug-free, meaning that I had found some (learn to read English better, or at least learn not to misquote people). As I have previously stated those bugs, some of which you mentioned, which I encountered without Warband Tamer and WSE were fixed by utilising this easily accessible software. In future, reply to a more recent thread, and don't bother me again unless it's urgent. I'm sure someone else would love to hear you second guess them without substantiation. Great mod.Although I encountered a problem of one of the items.It says unable to find mesh ninja_headwraph1.How to fix this pls?also can you add troop trees for the neutral and bandits factions on the next update pls?that would really be helpful.

I strongly advice people to use warband tamer or wse. If you encounter random crashes please use one of them.

How can i make WSE work with version 1.172h without errors since the developers of WSE no longer work on it and they only made it functional with v1.148 and v.1.154

Hi there Aruda, what is this cryptic 'Warband Tamer' that I can't find any info on at all? And how do you get the 3.2.0 to work with 1.172? It says it's only for Warband 1.153 (or similar) when I try to load it. I extracted all WSE files in a 'WSE' folder in the Gekokujo mod folder and ran it from there. But I also tried running it from the root M&B:W folder, same result. I also tried WSE 4.5.4, 4.6.0 (with the appropriate exes) and couldn't get them to work either. Any idea what am I doing (or not doing) wrong? Thanks in advance!

Hey slite_bg. I just answered a similar question to a guest. In short you dont get get that version to work with version 1.172. you get a different version heres a link to a page with drop box links for the different wse versions. and I already checked em its safe. Rusmnb.ru

Also yeah warband tamer is a littler more elusive than wse but I think theres a reason for that. When I found it after diging around and looked at it and read about it's use it appeared as though it was geared towards an older version of warband to begin with. Not saying it wont work with current warband just according to the readme it basically flushes the memory, not automatically though you have to press 2 keys. it doesnt neccessarily increase performance just frees up video memory for the game if that makes sense. ANyhoo heres a link to it I tested the download and checked it out with winrar its safe and legit. the link goes to a floris wiki page (that appears to be in german but google will translate for you) where you can just search the page for warband tamer and click the link and the link takes you to a media fire download. That maybe because of the non agression treaties. That happened to me then I found out that It was because of the treaties. Most of the clans start with non agression pacts and when those pacts end it gives too much messages that the log disappears for a time.

Hello Aruda I've just started with your mod but I found myself crashing went back to the page and saw you've mentioned using warband tamer or WSE. I've personally never heard of either of those and was wondering if you had links to those tools and if there are clear guides to how to use them. Best I found was one for WSE but it was in concern of the Floris_Evolved mod. When I tried it I would keep getting a message "You are running an unsupported version of Warband (WSE only supports version 1.168). And before anyone says I'm using a pirated version I'm not i bought both Mount and Blade and Warband from Steam a couple years back. My current version is 1.173. Thanks for the mod and sorry for being long winded but I'm not great at being short and concise.

Hey there. I was just about to resolve the members warband tamer issue above when I notced yours. What that means is you have the wrong WSE version. The games version if the games version. your game is 1.173 and your WSE only supports game 1.168. If you download the version for your current game version it should work just fine. As a rule of thumb it's always wise to read documentation that comes with a mod. if it says theres a version of WSE or anything else thats required using an updated version most likely won't work. Not insinuating you did or didnt do any reading just throwing that tid bit out there. Heres a link to a list of different versions you can download. It sounds like your wse version is 4.3.0. So sorry about being so picky already, but is the script for removing random skirmisher equipment in with this download?
Also the particular weird upgrade for the melee Veteran Hired Warriors upgrading to the ranged Shoukin Kasegi, which doesn't make much sense. If you didn't, I would politely ask you to take a look t it.

I didnt have time to remove skirmisher script I will possibly release the addon soon. I removed the shoukin kasegi form the mod. They were too anime-ish.

Woah, what are "Vocalized commands"?? I can shoot commands through a mic?? "Archers, aim... Fire", "Samurai, back 5 paces... charge", "Yari horse guard, ride quickly north.... charge". This would be awesome...

All samurai count as 2 unit slots? Can Archers be an exception, or have you tested this for balance already?

Not exactly like that. When you give commands to your troops your character will shout the command in Japanese. :)

No, all the samurai count as 2. No exceptions. It was tested in beta version of the vanilla gekokujo. I've also tested it myself it seems pretty balanced. In this update (3.0) AI lords rely on ashigaru troops (about 75% of their armies), so forcing player to use ashigaru instead of samurai is actually much more balanced. So no more all-samurai armies for both AI and Player. This feature can be disabled by the camp menu.

what is this script error about? It happened a few times during the siege battle, clogged up the battle log.

I've contacted you on the taleworlds forum. Additionally to that can you tell me the items you had in the siege battle and the army composition of yours? The thing is I've checked it myself (Okazaki castle) and everything worked fine, I won the siege without any errors.

I could send you my savegame, but I already saved after the siege so that would not really help. I am re downloading the full version plus the new patch. I might just start a new save game and see if it happens again :)

I may be wrong but it may have showed up when reinforcements arrived for the enemy and our army. Not 100% on that but it seemed like it if I remember. It happened around 5 times and there were many waves of enemies defending.

I encountered a same issue when I joined Oda siege to Tsu, it appeared at the beginning of the siege, and at the last gate

I haven't tried in other castle yet, I just turned off gate siege option

That is bad. I'll try to find the reason of that and implement a fix. Thank you for the report! :) BTW do you applied the fixes that I've released? I've included the mission_templates file in the fix. If not please apply that fix it may fix the bug.

Yes I did apply the quick fix 1 & 2, also, my friend said fighting in village made the error message appear either. Open field battle doesn't suffer the same issue. Its not harmful and still playable so far

I turned off gates and it is not has not showed up yet. Maybe coincidence. I am playing more to see if it shows up without gates. But no other bugs and this is my new favorite mod thanks :)

When I play the mod myself everything works fine regarding the battles. So I can not find the exact reason of your problems because of that. Its annoying really. Anyway thank you guys, ill try to find the reason of that messages. Atleast it doesnt effect the overall gameplay.

yes, I'm using steam version, but I don't play with WSE , which I guess it might be the reason (?) or...propbably installation problem (?) I'll try reintall the mod and its patches too, hopefully it just installation issue

and yes it doesn't affect the gameplay since it just battle log report temporary dissapearance and only in siege battle for me. No more issue found so far so I think it still really enjoyable,
