This is not savegame compatible with saves from older versions.
A World of Ice and Fire 2.5 Changes
Added LOD's for all trees.
Lords are more likely to go into exile with the factions closest to them. This limits issues like Southern Westerosi lords going into exile with the Free Folk for example.
Added wildfire model and modified code plus sounds by Arsakes.
Wildfire can now hurt wights.
Adjusted the way trading works and prices are calculated. This should remove the repair an item exploit.
Adjusted stats of nearly all archer units.
Added Thenn Valley scene created by Moose.
Added tutorial box on game start to explain a couple of things about the mod.
Removed option to pay off village elder as this caused exploits.
The Reach will now try and assist the Westerlands in Static wars mode.
Added a chest to the settlement interior.
Selling prisoners to Yoren should now be the same as with the other Nights Watch recruiters.
Increased stats and prices of some companions.
Giving the letter to Stannis now starts a war.
Added fixes to Casterly Rock scene by Moose.
Slightly reduced the speed of the Cutlass.
Adjusted some equipment of various troops.
Unsullied now have something on their feet.
Added more model optimisation and improvements created by Marshal_157.

A Lannister always pays his debts quest should work a bit better now.
Lords of the Nights Watch should now no longer be able to be sent to the wall again if they are still part of that faction.
Fixed various character's being incorrectly referenced as the incorrect gender.
Triggered events now work even if you are enlisted or waiting.
Fixed issues with lords being indicted for treason - script errors, incorrect factions.
The Wolf den and Giants lair now work as intended. They have to be beaten before you can gain anything.

Fixed Unsullied boots.
Removed banners from knight troops for now as they caused issues.
Changed Dothraki models + textures (66% lower polies). Thanks to Kraggrim and Marshal_157.
Changed some army compositions, some faction armies should contain more knights now and less archers.
Fixed stats of Syrio Forel and Barristan Selmy.
Removed King's Guard message on game start - was a little clunky.

Nice work, this mod is always getting better, but what is keeping me from playing it like I played ACOK back when in the day is the huge, empty map and the poor Essos factions. Are there any planned features to improve Essos and make the world map smaller, or add more villages, castles and towns?
The problem is that there aren't any more locations in Essos in ASOIAF lore.
You'd either have to make up new non-lore-friendly locations or make map smaller, which I think Produno wouldn't do.
Or you can make generic locations like "Village", "Ruin", "Temple", but that's not fun.
How so?
They could make a faction called: Slavers bay (Astapor, Yunkai, Meereen). And there are 3 more cities west of them: Tolos, Elyria and Mantarys. They are all close to one another and could be a single faction, waging war against Volantis.
They could make the Valyrian Peninsula (forgotten civilization) which you can rebuild with the right amount of tools, timber, gold, whatever necessary, instead of just rebuilding one castle in the godforsaken place which you will never use again, because there' absolutely nothing going on in the Essos at the moment.
I would gladly donate for such a project.
And perhaps helping Danaerys Targaryen? Perhaps as a player, you can join as an Unsullied warrior.
You can see Daenaerys Targaryen on Notes>Characters> Then look for Daenaerys Targaryen. She has no clothes tho....

There is Unsulliled equipment you could wear to play that role as her vassal perhaps or one can just play the role of a knight like the one from the tv show that got friend zoned except, you the player will not be friend zoned lol.

You can't make yourself an unsullied in lore. you have to have your balls cut off as a child.

ACOK (and CK2's AGOT mod as well) simply makes up new places, named according to Valyrian tradition.
Way better than having Essos as the current wasteland they are in AWOIAF right now.
There is only the lance banner animations in ACOK but no epic lore accurate scenes for cities like King's Landing and no brothels with prostitutes etc. A World of Ice and Fire only needs Lance banner animations(As in animations for the battle banners you and your men can carry so that it will make the mod a whole lot more immersive like in the tv show) A World of Ice and Fire is 99% better then ACOK and I heard the Head Developer of ACOK is asking for money.Plus lots of features such as the brothel, Winterfell scene etc have all been removed if I remember correctly. I wonder if Produno is going to add the actual lord's hall for Winterfell and is there the mission where you fight Ramsay Snow(Bastard of Bolton) in A World of Ice & Fire? I love that quest where I fight the damn Boltons.
Yeah because a man putting effort into something should not be paid a dime,GREEDY DEVELOPER,nice thinking batman. Its like produno does not make special things for money on patreon. And really,brothels and some scenes? that's your highlight? Most of people would be spending a few minutes before getting bored of them...
Still they are a part of Game of Thrones so without it, the mod is not as good. (For me I significantly like the brothels because its for morale wise and because of beautiful women there) They do help boost the morale of your army. Without them, your men desert very fast if you have lots of soldiers. I usually get a total of 400-500 soldiers eventually. Even at 200 or so soldiers, the morale of my party drops fast. That is why its important to have those brothels around. This is why its important in ACOK and A World of Ice & Fire. Historical wise, women played a huge role during medieval times. They were not just this damsel in distress so not having that feature in ACOK is just terrible. In fact the damsel was invented. Anyways, I know the brothel feature may bored some ppl out but its a part of Game of Thrones and historically accurate too.
It also bother me that Qohor and Norvos looked like European town, and with faith of the seven too.
Can anyone let me know if entering cities in this version also takes few seconds? Thanks in advance.
Go to camp > options > look for disable scenic menus i think and check that box...it really improved my experience :)

Yes, you can fight Jon Snow when you fight Lord Commander Jeor Mormont of the Night's Watch. :(
it's set during war of the five kings so basically season 2 of game of thrones except ya can get either aegon or dany to invade

Also I HATE IT when you kill a lord, all other factions become hostile. It's maddening. I kill Jofrey and the Mountain, I definetely made world a better place, but instead of thanks I get attacks from Lys, Lorath and Braavos, dudes what the hell what did I done to you? sorry not to sorry for bad english

yea i hate that too.. lol ive had so many prisioned lords i killed them all.. (i was cheating ) than i entered the riverland city and i saw siege meniu .. i was like - wtf.. :D than i realised that if u kill a lord everyone hates u...
Also, I dunno if it is allowed by game mechanics, but is it possible to keep original nations everywhere? I mean, it is weird when you recruit NORTH PEASANTS in DORNE or in Dothraki Lands. Also, there is no wars in Essos, they just getting stronger and do not fight with each other. I played for 565 days now (god, I don't want to restart) and Essos is hostile only to me, not to any of their neighbors.
And Brotherhood just hanging around without any particular reason, looking for troubles and having something like 100+400(mostly robber knights prisoners)I think they should have some goal. Also as wights in the north, they are not attacking just patrolling there...
just saw this mod .It seems good.But for some reason i get rgl error after the intro video .The error is"Unable to open file:CommonRes\wb_mp_objects_a.brf".I searched the module.txt and erased that line.Then everything works fine until RGL error: Error on creating shaders: Out of video memory" occurs after character creation when the narration aboout kings landing occurs.Things i did 1.checked load texture on demand. 2.Increased vm.My system spec is 8 gb ram nvidia 630m graphics and i'm using windows 10.The game runs fine on native it is only with the mod.thanks!

Note that this fix was for 1.5, not 1.51. So this is unnecessary now.

1) A quest "We take what is ours" is empty, I spoke with Rory, than spoke with Dagmar and that's all. now it is a dead end again.
When you leave town dagmar should come out (maybe at noon?) with his guys and you can fight him.
