Separatist Crisis UI Module (Depreciated) file

Goes above native modules in your load order.

This can be used without the rest of the project, is an ongoing project to setup all of our UI elements to work on 1.7.1. Expect consistent and regular updates to this module!

We have already completed replacing the vast amount of UI elmenets, we just have to update their usage to be compatible in 1.7.0.
