Написал к ATI по поводу драйверов и получил такой ответ. В кратце, они говорят - можно использовать драйвер каталист 10.3 и конкретно ЭТА игра у них не является приоритетной, тем не менее они не меня послали полностью и, таки, передадут эту проблему в разработку, для этого они просят следующую информацию, так, что кто может-киньте свою:
a) BelARC System Advisor Report (google search)

b) DXDiag Report (dxdiag is the run command)

c) let us know any specifics about the game like its version
От себя хочу сказать, что надо бы, что бы ещё люди отписали им о проблеме, тогда приоритет повысится, что, кстати, напрямую указано в ответе. С английским текстом могу помочь.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I would strongly recommend you stick with Catalyst 10.3 until an updated driver solves the issue for you. I would not necessarily recommend you try each new driver as it is released monthly, but every so often try it.
I can tell you the driver development team works on a priority basis. Reasonably, you can agree that this game will be low on the priority list, but the more people that let us know about the issue, the greater its priority will become. I can also tell you that although a driver update might eventually solve the graphic issue, it would be hightly unlikely a current driver would improve the performance of that game over Catalyst 10.3. Because of this, again, I recommend you stick with Catalyst 10.3 if it works for you with those games.
I want to still escalate this issue along. Can you provide for me:

I'd like to bring to your attention that ATI video cards have an issue of display corruption and graphical artifacts, while playing game "Mount and Blade" from TaleWorlds.
I would kindly like to bring that issue to your attention and ask you to try and solve that problem. To my best knowledge there is a stabe driver for this game-Catalyst 10.3, however it is an older version of a driver and everyones with - to have the best gaming experience with a video card, which, in turn, requires driver updates. Please help.
