i still have the same problem, idk why but the game just freeze when i try to launch it few second after i start it.

I Was found solution, after watched Install guide youtube in video tab. set up mode : BetterExceptionWindow, Bannerlord.UIExtenderEx, Bannerlord.MBOptionScreen, Bannerlord.Harmony, Bannerlord.ButterLib
and then set mod priorty same install guide video.
start it, after about 5 minute freeze loading, work well!!
I appreciate the advice, you happen to have a load order? Installing those and setting the load order (best i could see from the video) still does the same exact thing.

The thing is with these large mods that it takes time to load, so it looks like its freezing, windows might even ask you if you want to shut the exe down due to it loading so slow. But if you wait it will launch eventually, could be five minutes the first time.
It won’t let me select ROT Core when I try load it up but lets me select all the other rot modules? Any help with this?

Everytime i load the mod, it goes to the vanilla title screen (flag bearer horse bottom right running) and never moves past. Let it set there for hours and nadda.

Have harmony/uiextender installed and at top

To everyone talking about loading screen "crash", if it is the first load ever, just let it run (even if it takes ages). I'd gone crazy trying to solve it, until LionHeart on YT mentioned this is all you need to do. Problem solved!
Found a solution for the "cannor run Rot core" error: you need locate the .dll file in the ROT Core folder, right click it, click properties, and check "Unblock file" then hit apply.
You have to do that for every .dll in the ROT Core folder.

Downloaded version, unblocked everything - game is freezing on startup
y'all are horrible at responding and helping the people that use your mod. lol
Yeah bro you need to update installation instructions. I have butter, MCM, harmony, and UIextender and freezes at startup screen
Please , how worhshops works , and what is the most profitable in this mod ?

Game spends a few minutes on the vanilla loading screen and then crashes to desktop with no error message. Running Bannerlord 1.2.9 on Steam. I have all required mods: Butterlib, Harmony, UI Extender, and Mod Config Menu. I have followed unzip inscructions, installation instructions, have uninstalled and reinstalled all mods and requirements multiple times, I have run dll unblockers... nothing helps. This is currently broken, which is a real shame, because it's an awesome mod.

Make sure to uninstall everything completely, including other folders for BL. I play it on 1.2.9 with no issues, including other mods from Steam.

Mod's great, had no issues except one crash in castle retreat, which resolved itself afterwards.
Only problem is, why North is not snowy in scenes? All cities and encounters are set in green meadows instead of snow.
+ for anyone experiencing crash at launch for the first time launching, let it sit for a while, like, it was 10 minutes for me. It doesn't actually crash and it happens only the first time, be patient, don't click anything.
Otherwise Windows will shut the program, thinking it crashed. This is #1 rule for total conversion mods, don't be a dumb with busy fingers, let it sit.
I played this on 1.2.9 and had no issues except once it crashed during second phase of the siege, which wasn't encountered after loading the save.
I also use other mods with no issues, all those from Steam Workshop.
