What do you mean by can’t find it in bannerlord?
What I mean is that when I log into Bannerlord and you see diffrent mods. I don't see this mod on the list.
The only reason I can think of for that happening is either it’s not placed in the correct folder or your using 1.5.4. Version of bannerlord

What file is the lords armor located in? It doesn't appear to be in the troops.xml. I'm trying to create a troop tree submod. Thanks!
Oh yeah the lords are located in the “lords” file in modules/sandbox/moduledata
If the lord has no equipment registered you can copy and paste anything from normal troops though there is a bug where it will give the lord a chance to have the default armor when you add your own, so you’ll need to add lots of copies of your equipment sets to lower the chance they won’t have what you give them,

No it’s not yet working with version 1.5.4 of bannerlord, there will be an update ASAP though

Yeah I am.
As I’ve been unable to find anyone to join the mod team I am having to learn and do most things myself. There is a large update in the works planned for release within a week. I’m ironing out a lot of bugs and trying to get it ready for release. I’m most of the way there though.
