Mod won't launch. During the loading of the game, the mod crashes with a problem on "scalemailleather.brf". Any idea what to do?

I must be doing something wrong, please advise.
Trying to build enterprise in any village, select the enterprise I am willing to build, paying money for the build, checking with Elder how long it will take to bulld it "selecting to build new enterprise" always starts 0 days left, after waited for 1 day, goes to -1 day left, and that's it stays at this number without completing actual construction. I have waited a few days to see if there any changes. Tested with both maxed out Engineering (15) or low (1) same story. Should I be doing anything else to make this work or is this a bug?
Mod version 1.87, game version 1.168, WSE loader.
what does 0 days till completion mean to you?
If I getting the expression right it suppose to mean that construction will be finished within the same day, but it doesn't, just goes to -1 day (that is minus one day).
it means it is built immediately and thats the end of it, you can't visit village enterprises

The tournaments are broken. The amount of participants on each side is unfair, eg. 10 vs 5, 1 vs 14, 15 vs 0.. The armor colors are distributed improperly as well. I'd suggest using Tournament Play Enhancements or other tournament overhaul.
