Server Rules

1. General Terms.
1.1. Ignorance of these rules is not an excuse for violating them. Administrator/moderator doesn’t care if the player reads the chat or not.
1.2. Any actions or utterances violating the legislation of the Russian Federation are prohibited.
1.3. The management is not responsible for utterances and actions made by any visitor of the server.
1.4. The management is not responsible for any losses, including money, caused due to technical failures of game and TeamSpeak servers, or other resources.
1.5. The administration reserves the right to change these rules any time, and may exercise discretion in certain situations.
1.6. Violation of these rules can cause a punishment varying from a verbal warning to a permanent ban.
1.7. To receive amnesty you should write an unban application. It is forbidden to write an application in the first 24 hours after the ban; such applications will not be considered.

2. Gameplay.
2.1. All kinds of cheats, hacks, game client modifications or programmes, giving an advantage over the other players are prohibited.
2.2. Any changes to the game that affect the gameplay and which are not provided by the game developers are prohibited.
2.3. Using bugs, glitches or exploits is not alowed.
2.4. Killing or wounding teammates or their horses are prohibited. If the attack or murder were accidental, apologize.

An auto-kick/ban system is running on our servers: 2/2 tk per life - kick next 2/2 tk per life - temp ban

2.5. Inactivity is not permitted (afk, trolling near the spawn and etc.). You should follow your ingame role.
2.6. It is forbidden to interfere with the duel with the last survivor. In order to accept the duel as the last survivor you should remove ranged weapon and shield and lift the upper block with the main weapon to ask for a duel with the opposing team, which has the right to refuse it. If at least one player of the opposing team accepts it, the remaining players are prohibited to attack before the duel ends.
2.7. Defenders are not allowed to open the gate.
2.8. Interfering the duellers is forbidden.

blue color - battle server only
orange color - duel server only
purple color - siege server only

3. Game Chat and Nicknames.
3.1. Bad language in any form is forbidden.
3.2. Trolling and spamming are forbidden.
3.3. Writing messages in capitals or in hard-to-read forms are not allowed.
3.4. Insulting players in any form is forbidden. In some cases (insulting of the parents, racism, nazism and etc.) the violation can cause a permanent ban without the possibillity of receiving an amnesty for a long time or even forever.
3.5. Advertising in any ways or forms without the prior agreement with the administration is not allowed.
3.6. Recruiting on the servers is prohibited, except the clans whose representatives are the members of the server management (recruiting is allowed to them in a form unobtrusive for players).
3.7. Nicknames containing bad language or insulting other players or administration are forbidden.
3.8. Using our administrators’/moderators’ nicknames or similar to them is forbidden, as using nicknames of other players without a personal permission.
3.9. Empty nicknames are not allowed.

4. Server Management.
4.1. Administrator/moderator is obliged to explain the reason for the punishment to the player if he asked about it.
4.2. Administrators’/moderators’ behaviour should be based on common sense and these rules:

4.2.1. Each administrator and moderator should remember and obey the rules. 4.2.2. Administrators and moderators should force everyone to follow the server rules, but without fanaticism and using their common sense. Administrators and moderators should care about players’ opinion and use only polls to change maps or factions. 4.2.3. Administrators and moderators have the same rights in keeping order. 4.2.4. Administrator`s/moderator`s personal emnity shouldnt affect his actions.

4.3. Public condemning of administrator’s/moderator’s actions is not allowed. Impugning their decisions or arguing with them is not allowed too. If moderator’s actions seem to be inappropriate, player can contact adminisrators privately using Skype, personal messages or Teamspeak, and make a complaint. No insulting or bad language is allowed.
