Я не играл в гуд мод, но если ты хочешь в собственных деревнях нанимать своих каких-то рекрутов и прокачивать из них ветку игрока, то тебе надо добавить новую культуру в module_factions.
Например: "culture_p". Глянешь по аналогии.
В module_party_templates: Добавляешь
