I will reply in English to choose my words more carefully. Google often makes language into garbage.
I think this is a good answer but maybe I can add to it, in part.
I wrote some of the coding in Warsword Conquest back in 2018, specifically the virtual skin/faction prejudice and all of the Diplomacy mod merge in the 2018 version Warsword Conquest. Diplomacy by itself needed around 500 hours of my time; most of Warsword Conquest is the work of Nameless Warrior, assisted by Kraggim, plus another 3 or so modelers and sceners, so in no way do I claim to have written all of Warsword Conquest.
I built a table of 22 virtual skins and special case factions, giving a 22 x 22 matrix where each entry had a number, positive or negative, and the faction and skin of a lord were compared to another faction or lord's skin to determine if they like each other a little, very much, hate each other, a little, or very much. Categories such as "undead" were tested to see if they fit into a special case.
For Diplomacy, this faction to faction relationship then adjusted length of time and chance to occur for all diplomatic actions -- alliances, war declarations, the initial score for relations between lords meeting for the first time.
But there are other things happening in a player kingdom that go beyond race (Warband "skin_id") to race relations.
Lords who are indicted for treason and then leave the kingdom in the Diplomacy base I used would have a random roll for the next active kingdom skipping the player, and then THAT kingdom needs to be checked if it would be a negative result in the prejudice table, and if so the lord is set to exile status so that later they can reroll to see if they find a kingdom they are compatible with.
Also, at the enter castle town activity, Diplomacy had a layer where lords without kingdoms were not placed in the castle but were meant to be called as a second pass to fill the remaining visitor slots last. This was something I noticed this last November 2025 reviewing my code base, and I certainly would have skipped any optional coding in 2018 as I knew I had run out of time to work on modding while my funds imploded (as I had to pay my day job to donate free time to mods, which was the only way I had to pump 500 hours labor into 3 months of calendar time).
I ended up leaving Warsword Conquest, Phantasy Calradia 2018, and even Taleworlds forums for 6 years until I was old enough to take a half pension from USA "social security" plan. This left Nameless and Kraggim having to deal with at that time around 80,000 lines of added code that was inserted to the mod but without a way to contact me, meaning that probably many of those changes were paved over by later coders, much like my changes earlier at Perisno had to be remade or removed during Leonion's time. I heard that Diplomacy was changed to not make wars with very distant factions by Kraggim, but I do not know what if anything new was done with the Diplomacy layer. I remember the 2018 code base I used was good with handling players as vassals but poor at managing their own kingdom.
I think my 2024 Phantasy Calradia remake with another Diplomacy remerge (and another 500 hours of my life wasted) solved for me the player kingdom issues. I doubt anyone at Warsword Conquest wants to blow 500 hours reviewing the code again. It is easier to simply say "No" and block faction to faction recruitment of lords, than built a checklist of which lords can go to which new factions, excepting the virtual race table system I put in. And for that? Maybe I was the only one that really understood how it worked, so maybe it got dropped when I stopped answering emails for 6 years. I dropped my Discord account. I tried to forget how to mod. My day jobs were taking all my health and energy, for little pay. I'm not a great coder; and I don't do well in teams. Thankfully, Warsword Conquest has great people, and a huge number of modelers and sceners to make special effects and eye candy. I don't know if this answer helps, but it is better than guessing.
